Terms And Conditions

The rental fee is including the alteration & dry clean charges. Exclude the delivery charge.
Love the gown as yours, to prevent lost, damage and disappearance of our items, we will temporarily charge you a deposit fee for each rented product. This deposit will be returned to you when you return your rental back to us.
Time period for rental is 4 (four) days, there are extra rental fee IDR 100K/day for renting more than 4(four) days.
In case of the product damage, the value of the deposit will be deducted based on the degree of damage. In case of lost or disappearance will cause the loss of your deposit value.
We will give you the deposit back in 1-2 working days after the product has returned and well checked via bank transfer; or cash if it is available.
Book your lovely product immediately by putting the Down Payment to keep the product in the right time for you.
If there are changes to the product rental but the measurement has been adjusted, alteration fee will be charged.
Cancellation terms and condition
- If the transaction is canceled, down payment cannot be returned in cash.
- Down payment will be returned in the form of credit (voucher)
- If cancellation is 1 week before the event, down payment cannot be returned.
The gowns that we provide are clean and ready to Wear. The Products will be professionally cleaned and ready to wear. We dry clean and inspect each product with the utmost care.

Deposit Value

* for rental custom gown, deposit value will equal to the value of the gown rental price.
